Residents can relax in our plush, restful and stylishly arranged sitting room. The display of lovely pictures, ornaments and flower arrangements add to the inviting and homely feel. A scenic view of the charming landscaped garden can be enjoyed through the patio doors and windows. A large flat screen television, DVD player, high quality sound system and small library of books provide recreation and entertainment. Our quiet lounge is perfect for those who enjoy tranquil surroundings and is equipped with a television. Our well appointed dining room is smartly arranged in restaurant style, so our residents can choose to dine with family or friends, or alone if they prefer. Relatives are welcome to join us at mealtimes.

All the communal areas of Alsley Lodge are bright, spacious, spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. A maintenance person is employed to keep the home in perfect order. The home is suitably designed for easy wheelchair use. There are no stairs as the home is single storey, all doors are extra wide and our off street parking and garden have level access to the home.

The two assisted bathrooms, all the en suite bathrooms and the corridors are fitted with handrails.

Alsley Lodge is well known for its superb restaurant reputation. Our two cooks’ marvellous culinary skills translate into delectable gourmet meals every day of the week. We offer a extensive, nutritious menu providing variety and choices, according to residents’ preferences.

Meals are served in our elegant restaurant style dining room and are always appetising and well presented. Residents may dine in their own rooms if they wish and can expect their meal to be hot, tasty and beautifully served. Assistance is always on hand at mealtimes for those who require it.

Visitors who pre-book are welcome to join us for meals and we are happy to incorporate new suggestions into our menu. Snacks as well as hot and cold drinks are available throughout the day and night.
